Flow Cyt Use 1µg for 106 cells. ab170190 - Mouse monoclonal IgG1, is suitable for use as an isotype control with this antibody. ICC/IF Use a concentration of 0.5 - 1 µg/ml. IHC-P Use a concentration of 5 µg/ml. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 before commencing with IHC staining protocol. WB 1/5000 - 1/10000. Detects a band of approximately 50 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 50 kDa). We recommend diluting ab7291 to 1:10000 and incubating overnight at 4°C.
